Title:  Senior Inspector

Job Description Summary

The Inspector will take on an active role in ensuring that vehicles follow LTA’s standards and guidelines.

 Key Job Accountabilities

·        To perform road worthiness inspection on vehicles and ensure compliance with LTA's standards and guidelines. 

·        To perform monthly maintenance/repairing of test lanes equipment

·        Conduct daily checks, lanes equipment maintenance and housekeeping of the lanes and its surrounding. 

·        Perform work related tasks as determined by Supervisors / Management. 

·        Must be able to work from different location when required.

·        Any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time. 

Required Qualifications & Experience

·        Possess a valid local Class 3 Driving License. Class 2b will be an advantage.

·        At least NTC 2/3 in automotive mechanic / Nitec in Automotive Technology or equivalent 

·        Good teamwork, positive attitude and willing to learn.

·        Able to carry out shift work duty / Overtime on Saturday when needed.

 Reporting Relationship

 ·        The incumbent reports to the workshop Supervisor
