Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Workshop Executive to manage the fleets of vehicles maintnace project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of our vehicle fleet, ensuring all project milestones and deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Automotive workshop, including scheduling and supervising maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure all vehicles are maintained in optimal condition and comply with safety standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for parts and services.
- Monitor and manage the fleet budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Train and supervise workshop staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of the project.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and workshop operations.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using fleet management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license
