Title:  Senior Store Specialist

Job Description:

• Responsible for managing all warehouse activities including receiving (inbound), shipping (outbound), stock handling, and returns. Ensure goods are accurately checked, properly stored, and timely dispatched.
• Perform inspection of incoming and outgoing goods to ensure quality standards are met. Handle return processes, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Perform medication topping up service at respective wards, operating theatres, and other designated stations.
• Conduct stock count 1 day in advance at respective wards and other designated stations based on the stock count programme schedule using the handheld terminal and enter the count quantity into the handheld terminal before each scheduled top-up.
• To transport all the medication to respective wards, operating theatres and other designated stations using the tow.
• Any other tasks assigned.
