Title:  Executive, EFM (2 years contract)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Executive to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and compliance of our property portfolio. In this role, you will be the backbone of our building operations, ensuring all M&E, HVAC and structural systems run efficiency with minimal downtime. You will lead the preventative maintenance, manage vendor relationships, and drive sustainability initiatives to optimize energy consumption.

As a key point of contact for tenants and management, you will balance the service delivery with strict adherence to Singapore’s building codes and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards. What you'll do as a Facilities Executive:

• Oversee Operations: Manage daily operations of M&E, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC building systems.
• Lead Maintenance: Execute preventative and corrective maintenance programs to maximize asset lifespan.
• Conduct Inspections: Perform regular site walkthroughs to audit safety, maintenance, and operational standards.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate external contractors and service providers for timely, project delivery.
• Drive Sustainability: Monitor energy consumption patterns and implement property-wide green initiatives.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure alignment with Singapore's building codes, WSH regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary contact for resolving occupant requests and operational complaints.
• Incident Response: Handle emergency after-hours escalations and execute business continuity plans.
• Management Reporting: Prepare performance metrics, incident data, and technical recommendations for stakeholders.

Working location at Riffle Range. Shuttle services provided at King Albert Park MRT.
