Description: 

HR Business Partner (Based in Benoi)

 

The successful candidate will work closely with the business leaders to translate business strategies and objectives to appropriate HR initiatives and plans to business needs.

 

He/She will also provide advisory to management team on strategic HR functions such as talent development and retention, manpower and succession planning.  In addition, he/she will be the key contact point for business units and provide expertise on HR related matters.

 

He/She will need to work at customer site at least once a week.

 

Organizational Design and Effectiveness

  • Lead management in organizational assessment and diagnosis to realize/ revise/ realign business strategies into actions that deliver results and drive organizational effectiveness
  • Guide business in Job Evaluation and Role Development initiatives
  • Identify gaps and make recommendations for continuous improvement to drive excellence

 

Strategic Workforce Planning

  • Drive talent strategy connected to the business strategy and growth
  • Collaborates with Regional HR Business Partners to ensure alignment between regional business / people strategy and local people strategy and related HR initiatives
  • Translate current and future business needs into overall integrated strategic workforce plan, leveraging on data analytics, industry benchmarks and trends
  • Partner on talent acquisition and mobility efforts for senior/key leadership positions
  • Guide leaders on Total Rewards strategies that support business outcome

 

Organization Culture and Change Management

  • Provide change and organizational transformation leadership
  • Support culture change in partnership with the business leadership
  • Apply Project Management and Change Management processes to strategic projects and initiatives

 

Leadership and Organizational Development

  • Leading and supporting organizational development strategies including leadership development, change management, coaching, work-climate studies and teambuilding
  • Partner in identifying the organizational capabilities required to execute the business strategy
  • Develop Career Pathing and competencies

 

Talent Management and Performance Management

  • Work closely with TM partner to Identify and develop talents, develop succession plans and manage the talent pipeline within the business
  • Deploy Talent Programs and Outreach

 

Employee Experience

  • Oversees the most complex employee-relations issues in the whole employee life cycle
  • Ensures the various HR operating mechanisms and initiatives within their client organizations are effectively addressing key business issues and needs
  • Partner in employee engagement implications and interventions
  • Provide counsel on employee communications with leadership
  • Act as trusted advisor to managers and employees to drive the People Agenda
  • Act as trusted advisor to managers and employees on total rewards and sales incentive plans
  • Ensure compliance of all HR practices within area of responsibility and with legislative and regulatory requirements, standards and other known relevant policies and guidelines
  • Ensure local compliance and statutory HR requirements including Industrial Relation

 

The successful candidate should possess

  • Minimum 10 years of business partnering experience, preferably in the Marine, Offshore, and energy industries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Meticulous and well organized
