Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain comprehensive administrative records related to logistics and project activities, ensuring alignment with company standards and compliance requirements.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of resources and shipments, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery and deployment.
- Manage communications and document flow between departments, suppliers, and service providers to maintain transparency and operational efficiency.
- Support the development of logistics plans by compiling data, monitoring progress, and reporting on key milestones and potential risks.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation including purchase orders, delivery notes, and inventory controls within integrated logistics frameworks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing administrative procedures and the overall logistics service delivery.
Requirements:
- Relevant administrative or logistics experience in a project or manufacturing environment, preferably within shipbuilding or marine industries.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail to manage multiple logistics activities effectively.
- Good communication skills, enabling effective liaison across various teams and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with logistics software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is advantageous.
- Proficient with standard office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email management.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced settings.

- Location: 16 Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)
- 5 days work week
- Working Hours: 7.25am to 5.00pm
