            Responsible for assisting in the development of ILS deliverables for ILS programmes that meets customer requirements efficiently and on time.
Document Management:
- 
- Receive, transmit, file, and maintain documents, drawings, and project-related correspondence.
 - Manage the documents for all project documents
 
 
Vendor and Contractor Coordination:
- 
- Assist in tracking and ensuring contractors submit documents
 
 
Record-Keeping and Data Entry:
- 
- Maintain and update databases
 - Track important deadlines and manage data entry in E-Service systems.
 
 
General Administrative Support:
- 
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
 - Maintain organized filing systems.
 - Assist with office duties such as printing, scanning, and managing supplies.
 
 
Requirements:
- Good proficiency in MS Office Suite
 - Experience in Document Control for engineering projects will be advantageous
 - Good written, verbal communication skills in English is required
 - Able to interact effectively with all levels of staff both internally and externally
 - Able to work independently
 - Willing to commit to 2 years contract
 
Additional Information:
- Location: 16 Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)
 - 5 days work week
 - Working Hours: 7.25am to 5.00pm
