Title:  Admin Assistant - Data Entry & Documentation (2 Years Contract)

Description: 

Responsible for assisting in the development of ILS deliverables for ILS programmes that meets customer requirements efficiently and on time.

 

Document Management:

    • Receive, transmit, file, and maintain documents, drawings, and project-related correspondence.
    • Manage the documents for all project documents

 

Vendor and Contractor Coordination:

    • Assist in tracking and ensuring contractors submit documents

 

Record-Keeping and Data Entry:

    • Maintain and update databases
    • Track important deadlines and manage data entry in E-Service systems. 

 

General Administrative Support:

    • Schedule meetings and appointments.
    • Maintain organized filing systems.
    • Assist with office duties such as printing, scanning, and managing supplies. 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Good proficiency in MS Office Suite 
  • Experience in Document Control for engineering projects will be advantageous
  • Good written, verbal communication skills in English is required
  • Able to interact effectively with all levels of staff both internally and externally
  • Able to work independently
  • Willing to commit to 2 years contract

 

Additional Information:

 

  • Location: 16 Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)
  • 5 days work week
  • Working Hours: 7.25am to 5.00pm
