Title:  Manager, Environment, Health and Safety-Benoi

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to manage the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) team.
• Reviewing EHS policies and practices.
• Advises the management team on EHS related matters.
• Manages and reviews EHS policies, standards, procedures and the EHSMS in accordance with business needs.
• Undertakes analysis of the EHS performances and allocating resources to improve performance. 
• Responsible for managing department resources including manpower, internal assets and external vendors.
• Provides technical advice & support to other department on EHS related matters. 
• Deploys EHS program.
• Manages EHS performance.
• Leads EHS related incident investigation.
• Manages business continuity.
• Manages people & organizational function.
• Manages EHS management policies & procedures.
• Undertakes any other tasks

 Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree related to EHS or any Engineering fields
• Possess Hotwork Assessor Certification & Confined Space Assessor Certification are added advantage
• Good understanding of Workplace Safety & Health Act & Shipbuilding & Ship Repairs regulation
• Good report writing & incident investigation & analytical skills
• Possess strong leadership & interpersonal skill
• Proficient in MS Office for reporting and presentation purpose

Other Information:

• Location: Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)
• 5 days work week
• Working Hours: 7.25am to 5.00pm
