Description:
Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings with customers to address ship defects and other technical issues.
- Prepare service acceptance documents and technical reports upon completion of defect rectification works.
- Plan, schedule, and assign daily work tasks to the production team.
- Provide technical suggestions and solutions to assist customers in resolving problems.
- Monitor job progress to ensure timely completion and adherence to schedules.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Adhere to service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.
- Actively participate in and support ongoing and new projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the marine and/or heavy industry sector will be advantageous
- Basic understanding of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating principles is advantageous
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical system components and their functions.
- Ability to read and understand simple technical drawings and service reports.
- Basic communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

- Work Location: Pioneer Sector
(Daily transportation reimbursement provided for travel to and from work) - Work Schedule: 5‑day work week
- Working Hours: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
