Title:  Supervisor, Hull & Support-Tuas

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day to day project supervision for repairs of vessels, in the area of fittings such as door installations and repairs, replacement of rubber seals, floor laying of rubber mats and vinyl, windows repair and fixing of aircon ducts etc.
• Ensure work daily assigned are carried out effectively and productively in order to meet customer specifications and requirements
• Ensure safety, quality of work and meet delivery deadline
• Ensure good co-ordination and communication between the team, SRM, other departments and customers when work is carried out
• Responsible to assess jobs and provide information and man hours to Commerical team on daily basis
• Conduct risk assessment ,onsite risk assessment and toolbox meeting to the workers daily before any works to be carried out
• Prepare and raise PR to purchase material or DRL when required
• Focus on quality workmanship requirement and with zero defects
• Perform QC check upon completion of work
• Liaise with customer for work inspections
• Once job completion, prepare service acceptane and get it sign
• Daily listing of jobs in ES & SAP and check for PO released and provide field report

Requirements:

• NTC in any Engineering related field
• Knowledge of Carpentry and Aircon Ducting works
• Able to read panel/ceiling/furniture construction drawing
• Able to manage workers and subcontractors
• 3-5 years’ experience in marine/shipyard operations
• Adaptable to changes due to on site situations
• Able to work under outdoor conditions, including grease and dust
• Able to work late on weekdays and on weekends when required

• Nearest MRT/Interchange: Joo Koon MRT Station / Joo Koon Bus Interchange
• Daily Transportation Reimbursed on monthly basis
• 5 days work week
• Working Hours: 7.45am-5pm
