Title:  AVP, Public Safety & Security, Middle East

Responsibilities

• Reporting to Vice-President, International Business, Public Safety and Security, Business Director is responsible for driving PSS business in Middle East region across all Business Areas (BA), Line of Businesses (LOB) and Middle East Country Managers to meet the overall international PSS sales targets
• Develop individual business plan for each country in Middle East region, not limited to customer and partner engagement plans
• Drive initiatives to increase prospects and sales pipeline
• Build and manage key customer and partner relationships and communications
• Prepare capture strategies according to customer budgets and procurement methods
• Evaluate competitor plans, government initiatives and market trends, to assist BAs and LOBs to identify opportunities and develop strategic product plans
• Organise monthly meeting to track and forecast sales achievements and marketing activities
• Manage all development process and ensure compliance to government policies, regulations, and corporate governance

Requirements

• Proven international sales track records in public safety domain in Middle East markets
• Excellent communication, decision-making and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of international business landscape and regulations of Middle East markets
• Good knowledge of relevant marketing and finance skills
• Fluency in English; Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage (pls state language proficiency)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• The selected candidate will be based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
