About our Line of Business – Unmanned & Integrated Systems  

Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We cater to the needs of Defence, Public Safety & Security, and Commercial clients worldwide, providing seamless and innovative services that redefine possibilities.

You will be part of a division that performs calibration and maintenance of state-of-the-art tools and equipment that keep our commercial and military planes, ships and land systems moving safely. As the admin executive, you will be working alongside professionals in an accredited laboratory to assist in the administration of incoming and outgoing jobs.

 

Be Part of Our Success

  • Administer subcontracting tasks including raising Quotations, Purchase Request, and Receive Notes (RNs) for both MINDEF and internal jobs.
  • Arrange for e-transport and e-shipping of equipment to vendors.
  • Raise paperwork to seek customer’s approval for certain jobs.
  • Perform paperwork matching.
  • Monitor outstanding subcontracted jobs and their status.
  • Raise GST exemptions for certain jobs.
  • Prepare service reports.
  • Handle billing processes for both commercial and defence jobs
  • Raise export control related documents for overseas subcon items.
  • Perform any other assigned tasks.

 

Qualities We Value

  • NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in any field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with SAP.
  • Ability to work well in a team and efficiently handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Singaporean only
