Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. The Assistant Business Excellence Manager supports the organization in driving operational effectiveness, risk resilience, and sustainable practices. This role contributes to the development and implementation of strategies and frameworks that enhance safety, improve processes, ensure business continuity, and support long-term sustainability goals.
Working closely with various departments, You will facilitates continuous improvement initiatives, monitors key performance metrics, and helps align business operations with best practices and regulatory requirements. The position requires a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional efforts to drive excellence across the organization.
Be Part of Our Success
- Support Head Ops in executing and managing operations related to Safety, Continuous Improvement, BCM/BCP and Sustainability.
- Ensure Safety, Sustainability, BCM/BCP meet compliance and alignment to policy and standards
- Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures
- Establish KPIs and conduct quality assessments
- Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
- Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with the various Business Partner including HR, Security, Finance and WSH department to ensure business needs are met.
- Conduct Induction training, track and plan for safety and CI related trainings
- Prepare reports and presentation to External and Internal Stakeholders.
- Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans
Qualities We Value
- Previous experience as a Business Operations Manager or Project Manager with experience in above mentioned operations matters (Safety, BCM/BCP, CI)
- Good knowledge of operations management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding people skills.
- Singaporean only
- Candidate with more experience may be considered for senior role.
