Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. As a Assistant Department Manager (GSS), you shall lead the department daily operations, oversees staff, manages budgets and ensure financial growth by securing new business prospects. You will be involved in strategic planning, process improvement, staff development, and ensuring all contractual requirements are met with compliance to company policies and local regulations. You shall also act as a point of escalation for complex operational issues, driving continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction

- Point of Contact to handle escalated issues and address operational issues or queries from customers.

- Plan and facilitate staff professional growth.

Qualities We Value
- Knowledge in Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Strong understanding of local codes, regulations, and standards related to M&E services
- Excellent presentation skills, interpersonal skills and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical issues and challenges
- Good understanding of the operations and maintenance requirements for Army or Ground Sensor Systems
- Certified Systems Engineering Professional is an advantage
- Good team player and yet able to work independently.
