Key Job Accountabilities
Provide Corrective Maintenance works/activities through the following (but not limited to)Card Access System, CCTV Stystem, Networks, Windows/Linux Servers, Integrqted Security Systems:
Responsible for the deployed system functionalities and ensure in working condition at all times.
Provide onsite support for the integrated security systems
Perform Routine and Corrective Maintenance, software enhancement, bug fixes, testing and commissioning to meet contractual requirements.
Perform standby duty after office hours as and when required
Attend to ad hoc call during and after office hours
Working as a team to support operations, ensure optimum uptime and achieve business KPI.
Collate reports and checklist of PM works for billing purpose and CM works report for filing.
Prepare/updates service checklist.
Monitor of spare parts availability to support and meet downtime of system. Monitor of EOL/EOS of equipment installed
Co-ordinate with sub-contractors and customer on site matters, work schedule and quality of work.
Support Contract administration works (Ordering, billing milestone, O&M submission, Operation Manual submission, maintenance checklist and asset list)
Assist A&A work/ VO work for sites during maintenance cycle
Perform other job responsibilities as and when assigne
Required Qualifications & Experience
ITE / Diploma in Engineering discipline preferably, in Electrical / IT industry, those with other engineering experiences
At least 2 years of working experience in Maintenance industry, specifically in Physical Security System market with hands-on experience in CCTV / Access Control.
Knowledge in Security /Server System / Network equipment an added advantage.
Able to be on standby or on shift/rotation to attend on-site 24 hours emergency service.
Possess good analytical skills and ability to communicate with customers at all level.
The ability to work quickly and under pressure. Good problem-solving skills needed.
