Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We cater to the needs of Defence, Public Safety & Security, and Commercial clients worldwide, providing seamless and innovative services that redefine possibilities.

We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Operations Manager to support and execute day-to-day operational activities at the sites and contracts. The role focuses on supervising site execution, ensuring safety and compliance, and supporting smooth delivery of operational tasks.

  • Manage operational delivery of maintenance, repair, installation, and support activities to meet contractual KPIs, schedules, and quality standards
  • Continuous improvement and costconscious mindset
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership.

 

Qualities We Value

  • Knowledge in Engineering or relevant technical discipline.
  • At least 4 years of relevant site or operations experience in marine, Defence or engineering.
  • Prior experience supervising technicians or site teams.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Singaporean only
