Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. As a Systems Engineer / Senior Systems Engineer, you will be part of a team that is responsible for ensuring the successful design, implementation, and testing of complex naval systems of systems. 

You will work closely with multiple teams and suppliers to ensure the interoperability, compatibility, and functionality of multiple subsystems.

Be Part of Our Success

• Translate system level requirements and use cases into verifiable subsystem and component level requirements.
• Design, source, and integrate subsystems, and evaluate hardware and software solutions.
• Work with industry partners to evaluate and adapt their solutions to fulfil requirements.
• Work with internal engineering development team to define required solutions.
• Troubleshoot system and propose solutions to ensure high availability of system.
• Develop and execute integration and test plans.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Communicate with customer on system design and implementation.

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles.
• Good technical, creativity in problem-solving skills and strong reasoning ability.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to mechanical engineering is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to travel as required
• Singaporean only
• Applicants with more than 3 years of relevant experience in system design and integration may be considered for more senior positions.
