About our Business – Unmanned & Integrated Systems 

Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We cater to the needs of Defence, Public Safety & Security, and Commercial clients worldwide, providing seamless and innovative services that redefine possibilities.

As an experienced Senior / Network and Systems Engineer, you should have a solid background in designing, testing, and integrating complex networked systems, Configuring SNMP agents, Using SNMP manager to poll devices and process the responses, communication protocol development, and the ability to work well in a team. You stay updated on technology trends and often need strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Design and Implementation: Designing new network solutions and improving existing ones to meet project needs.
• Installation & Configuration: Installing, configuring, and supporting network devices such as routers, switches, wireless access points, and firewalls.
• Security: Implementing security measures, such as firewalls, and performing threat assessments to protect company data.
• Monitoring & Optimization: Monitoring network performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing strategies to optimize efficiency and Quality of Service (QoS).
• Troubleshooting: Debugging and resolving network issues to restore functionality and maintain user productivity.
• Documentation: Documenting network configurations, installations, and upgrades.
• Provide technical support, working with different network vendors, procuring network equipment and managing installations, arranging scheduled upgrades for network systems, and ensuring compliance with technical and data standards, as and when required.

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Computer Science / Electronics / System Analysis Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of network configuration, architecture and systems development experience, with at least two years in a leadership position.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with network hardware (routers, switches), network protocols (TCP/IP), network security (firewalls, VPNs), and network operating systems.
• Cloud & Automation: Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS, Azure) and automation tools like Python for Software-Defined Networking (SDN).
• Security Protocols: Expertise in network security protocols and procedures.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with technically non-trained staff and other teams.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail for network configuration and management

• Candidates with more experience may be considered for senior role
