Our Training & Simulation Systems business has close to 40 years of experience in delivering innovative learning, training, and simulation solutions to customers in the defence, public safety and security, and enterprise domains. The Customer Service Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the efficiency of our front desk operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to incoming customer requests proficiently and professionally, ensuring that each interaction is handled with care and efficiency.
  • Maintaining the work centre's schedule, ensuring that appointments and services are co-ordinated effectively.
  • Assisting the Statistic Officer in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail while managing information.
    •    Administering security protocols for visitors and contractors, guaranteeing a safe environment for staff and guests alike.
  • Managing the front desk reception, serving as a welcoming presence to all who enter our facility

  • High level of proficiency in MS Office 365, especially in Excel, enabling you to handle tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • This role requires 8-hour shift, with schedules of 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM and 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM on a rotating basis (Punctuality is critical in maintaining operational flow)
  • This position is offered as a 2-year contract, with the possibility of renewal based on performance evaluations
