Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact 
The Data Scientist is responsible for developing and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics projects, from requirements gathering and data scoping to model deployment and monitoring. This role requires you to facilitates project meetings and workshops with clients, proposes and validates algorithms that meet various functional and non-functional requirements, and participates in software development processes. The role provides you with the opportunity to extracts key insights from the data, communicating results to stakeholders to support informed decision making. 

Be Part of Our Success

• Develop and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics projects from requirement, data scoping, modelling to production (model deployment and monitoring). 
• Manage and optimise processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modelling, visualisation and communication deliverables.
• Attend and assist in facilitating project meetings / workshops with client working team members.
• Propose, implement and validate algorithms ensuring functional and non-functional requirements such as transparency, fairness, scalability, security, integration complexity and operational cost. 
• Participate in software development processes and best practices, documentation of requirements and software codes during software development lifecycle. 
• Produce high quality deliverables/document, with ready to use content. 
• Proactively perform research on the business, industry and functional domain of the client to stay up to date.
• Assist in developing project deliverables and assets such as templates, processes, reports and presentation decks for the clients based on the work assigned.
• Communicate results and business impacts of insightful initiatives to stakeholders within and outside of the company. 
• Extract and interpret business centric learnings and apply advanced storytelling techniques to draw key insights from data and facilitate decision making

Qualities We Value 

• At least 2 years of working experience in data analytics fields/ML.
• Working knowledge of machine learning and data mining principles: Predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on-premises and cloud-based data sources. 
• Able to develop SQL queries and working with data models.
• Experience in production software engineering routines such as test-driven development, code versioning with Git, conducting code reviews, and CI/CD.
• Familiar with object-oriented programming concepts and their application to data science pipelines.
• Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously. 
• High comfort level with assignment prioritization changes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must; the individual must be able to demonstrate they can present and explain complex concepts to the typical business users.
• A client-centric, outcome driven and quality focused team player. 
• Detailed oriented and is able to work in fast paced and agile environment.
