Title:  Engineer, Smart Security & Automation

Job Description:

• Closely collaborate with Service Delivery Manager to support the fulfilment of contract obligations on system job scope
• Resolve software and cyber-related issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex, cross-domain technical issues related to system software, hardware, network connectivity.
• Creation and maintenance of system solution documentations including technical specification, procedure, and user manuals.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/ Electronics / Computer Science / Computer Engineering in Information Technology, Information Systems, IT Security or Equivalent
• Good interpersonal skills, strong organizational and coordination skills

• Proficient in Networking, SQL, Cybersecurity and Windows OS
• Knowledge in any of the following will be a strong advantage:
  1. Vulnerabilities Assessment,
  2. Windows patching or software development knowledge
  3. Setup and install access control system e.g., key manage system, CCTV, card reader or gantry
  4. Windows Failover Clustering
• Required to occasionally work outside office hours to support systems or project when required.

• At least 3 years of relevant job experience.
