About our Business – Unmanned & Integrated Systems
Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We cater to the needs of Defence, Public Safety & Security, and Commercial clients worldwide, providing seamless and innovative services that redefine possibilities.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant / USV (Unmanned Surface Vessel) Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of USVs. This role requires a strong background in networking, software, and digital services.

- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of naval systems to ensure optimal performance
- Provide technical support and training to customers and end-users
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in unmanned systems and maritime technologies
- Willingness to adopt new technologies, including AI, machine learning, and automation tools
Qualities We Value
- Knowledge in Electronics Engineering / IT / Digital and Network Engineering or related fields
- Working knowledge and experience on electronics systems such as radars, communications, and weapon systems will be an advantage
- Proficiency in networking concepts and digital services
- Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on naval systems
- Ability to assess situations, identify issues, and develop effective solutions
- Adaptability, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation
- Ex-RSN personnel with experience in electronics systems will be an advantage
- Experience in electrical works is a bonus
- Good interpersonal skills.
