Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We are looking for a dedicated and organized Assistant Technical Administrative Executive to join the Instrument Calibration Division at ST Engineering Unmanned & Integrated Systems Pte. Ltd. This role is situated within the Systems Sustainment Business Unit and is based at our ST Electronics Hub.

 

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions that support the Instrument Calibration engineering team. Your responsibilities will include coordinating internal and external communications, prepare relevant documentation, and assisting with procurement and inventory control for calibration instruments. You will serve as a key point of contact for various stakeholders, providing professional and efficient support to enable the technical teams to focus on their critical calibration and maintenance tasks.

 

Be Part of Our Success

  • Manage daily administrative activities for the Instrument Calibration Division, including document preparation, raise PR, arrange logistical support and report generation.
  • Coordinate various stakeholders to support team non-technical operations effectively.
  • Maintain records and assist with procurement processes to ensure timely process of calibration & repair jobs.
  • Facilitate communication within the division and with external vendors, always maintaining professional and courteous interactions.
  • Support compliance with company policies and quality standards, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency within the division.

 

Qualities We Value

  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably within a technical or engineering environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Proficiency in standard office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with record-keeping systems.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Awareness of quality management systems and basic understanding of calibration processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
