Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We are seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) Engineer to join our dynamic team. The candidate shall have a strong background in ILS and RAM, with strong leadership, communication and teamwork abilities.

 

Be Part of Our Success

  • Apply ILS and RAM methodologies to develop the Maintenance Plan and Technical Manuals for the long-term sustenance of a system being developed.
  • Develop and maintain an ILS Management and Configuration Control Plan

 

The ILS scope of responsibilities includes the formulation and management of the following:

  • Integrated Configurations List (ICL)
  • Maintenance Engineering Analysis (MEA)
  • Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
  • Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
  • Maintenance Plan (MP)
  • Manpower Allocation Chart (MAC)
  • Support and Test Equipment (STE)
  • Support and Test Equipment Recommendation Data (SERD)
  • Supply Support List
  • Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) Acquisition and Management Plan (including vendor management)
  • Vendor Performance Monitoring
  • Training Program Plan
  • Facilities / Infrastructure Specification
  • Packaging, Handling, Storage and Transportation Specifications
  • Local Depot Maintenance Capability Build-Up Proposal
  • Material Management Data (MMD)
  • Diminishing Manufacturing Source (DMS) and Obsolescence Management Plan
  • Technical Data Packag

 

The RAM scope of responsibilities includes the following:

  • Develop and implement FMEA and FMECA analyses for new System design.
  • Analyse the Reliability, Maintainability and Availability of Systems using RBD.
  • Apply RAMS principles to ensure the Systems meet functional and safety requirements

 

Qualities We Value

  • Knowledge in Engineering or related
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Project ILS / RAM work preferably in a Defence setting.
  • Familiarity with the following military standards is an advantage.
  • Singaporean only
