Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. The IT Maintenance Engineer will focus on maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, system integrity, and compliance with cybersecurity standards.
Be Part of Our Success
- To maintain enterprise Linux (SUSE Linux) and Windows server environments.
- To ensure system high availability and fault tolerance.
- To perform regular maintenance, including preventive and corrective tasks.
- To execute cybersecurity patches and participate in tech refresh activities.
- Using appropriate tools and following maintenance manuals for task execution.
- Performing scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Conducting root cause analysis for technical issues.
- Applying system and cybersecurity patches.
- Participating in technology refresh activities.
- Managing configuration, asset, and change management processes.
- Regular maintenance reports, including preventive and corrective tasks performed.
- Documentation of root cause analyses and resolution of technical issues.
- Records of system and cybersecurity patches applied.
- Reports on participation in tech refresh activities.
- Updated records for configuration, asset, and change management.
- To manage network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall configurations.
- To work with teams across Divisions to recover faults and perform post event analysis.
- To support Department Manager in ensuring recovery times are met to achieve 24/7 readiness requirements.
Qualities We Value
- Knowledge in Information Technology / Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure
- Good team player and yet able to work independently.
