Description: 

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the business unit through effective execution of HR processes and initiatives. You will work closely with business leaders, managers and HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to shape people strategy, ensure smooth delivery of HR services and initiatives, drive HR functional excellence and support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the leadership team to create a culture that supports the strategy for business growth
  • Build effective relationships with all levels of the organisation, provide day-to-day HR guidance to business leaders, managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and practices, including employee relations, performance management and development
  • Collaborate and coordinate with Corporate Level HR Centre of Excellence (COEs) in implementing core HR processes across the employee lifecycle such as recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, compensation reviews, and offboarding
  • Support organizational development and transformational strategies including change management, conflict resolution, teambuilding, coaching, Employee Engagement Survey and/or other necessary strategies
  • Drive annual performance review and Compensation and Benefit review
  • Play an important role in Workforce planning and Talent succession planning – including headcount tracking, manpower forecasting and identifying long-term talent and capabilities needed to deliver the business strategy
  • Use HR data and metrics to identify trends, generate insights, and support business decisions. Prepare regular reports and dashboards on workforce metrics, attrition, engagement, and other key indicators 

Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in a related discipline
  • 7-10 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partnering or generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources practices and demonstrated ability to provide HR solutions in a fast-paced and complex environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management and organisational skills
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with data, metrics and reporting tools
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
