About our Business – Unmanned & Integrated Systems
Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We cater to the needs of Defence, Public Safety & Security, and Commercial clients worldwide, providing seamless and innovative services that redefine possibilities.

As an Assistant / Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the department to achieve operational, financial, and strategic objectives while ensuring compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards. It focuses on driving business growth, maintaining high-performing teams, and ensuring operational excellence. The position requires strong leadership, effective planning, and the ability to balance business development with day‑to‑day operational oversight.

- Manage the department to achieve its assigned goals and ensure compliance with safety, security and established policies and regulations
- Formulate strategies to grow business and market share
- Direct and oversee operations staff to ensure that they are motivated and trained to carry out their responsibilities to the required standard
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure that operational functions meet assigned objectives
- Monitor and improve team performance, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management
- Ensure all audits requirements are met, including ISO 9001, 14000, etc.
- Ensure all contractual KPIs and requirements are met
- Responsible for meeting department’s P&L targets and order book pipeline
Qualities We Value
- Knowledge in Engineering, or related technical field
- Operations management experience with MRO industry experience would be an advantage
- Good organizational and leadership abilities
- Good communication and people management skills
- Singaporean only
