The incumbent will take on an active role in on-site operation and service system support to the customer which consists of local and oversea support.

 

Be Part of Our Success

  • To provide on-site operation and technical front-line support to User (e.g. System setup/tear-down, daily manning and monitoring, operating of system, support and facilitation to User).
  • To ensure high level of system serviceability, plan and manage for system and building infrastructure maintenance, schedule task according to manufacturer maintenance manual and relevant instructions / procedure / policy.
  • To liaise with User for daily operation requirement, Point of Contact (POC) for oversea detachment logistic planning & requirement and contractors for task to be completed.
  • Provide system setup/tear-down and system checks to ensure system operation readiness. To perform troubleshooting and rectification when necessary and maintain and update all records and documentation.
  • To monitor system closely and perform first-line of troubleshooting when required.
  • Keep logs of activities and report any issues to the required Point of Contact (POC).
  • Follow security and safety policies/protocols while operating in a military environment.

 

Qualities We Value

  • Knowledge in Aerospace / Electronic / Electrical or relevant engineering.
  • Experience in operation support and possess troubleshooting skill.
  • Is independent, well-organized, pro-active, excellent working attitude and has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team player.
  • Able to work in Airbase environment. Relevant working experience will be an advantage.  
  • Able to travel overseas for User and System support.  
  • Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and moving equipment.
  • Open to shift rotation (730am to 5pm / 1230pm to 10pm)
  • Singaporean only.
