Our Training & Simulation Systems business has close to 40 years of experience in delivering innovative learning, training, and simulation solutions to customers in the defence, public safety and security, and enterprise domains. We envision to create a better future together through learning, training, and simulation.

You will be a key member of the team to ensure the simulation centre is operated seamlessly daily to provide critical training to our customers in the Republic of Singapore Navy. In this role, you will be operating the cutting-edge simulators and also have the opportunity to be part of a development team to develop future simulation systems to meet training demands.

 

Be Part of Our Success

  • Operate the simulators for training exercises.
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the simulation centre.
  • Lead a team of technicians and senior technicians in maintaining and operating the simulation centre.
  • Schedule the team's work hours to ensure that the simulation centre is staffed during operating hours.
  • Work with system OEM based in Europe for routine maintenance and defects rectification.
  • Ensure that all staff members comply with safety and security procedures.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of equipment and supplies.
  • Provide regular reports on the simulation centre's operations to the management team.

 

Qualities We Value

  • At least 5 years of experience working on maintaining and operating IT or simulation systems.
  • Ex-RSN regular or NSF will have an advantage.
  • Good leadership qualities.
