About our Business

Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We cater to the needs of Defence, Public Safety & Security, and Commercial clients worldwide, providing seamless and innovative services that redefine possibilities.

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the technological capabilities and integration excellence within the Aviation Technology & Engineering Division. Your expertise will drive innovative engineering solutions and elevate the quality and performance of aviation systems and unmanned technologies.

• Lead the design, development, and integration of complex aviation and unmanned system technologies, ensuring alignment with project goals and organisational standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to multidisciplinary engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
• Champion best engineering practices, rigorous system integration methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including project management, quality assurance, and manufacturing to deliver high-impact technical solutions.
• Conduct thorough technical reviews and risk assessments to optimise system reliability, safety, and performance throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive research and development efforts to explore emerging technologies and their applications within aviation and unmanned systems.
• Represent the division in technical forums and contribute to the formulation of strategic engineering roadmaps.

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Engineering or a related field, with significant industry experience in aviation technology, unmanned systems, or integrated system engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise in system-level design and integration, supported by a strong track record in leading complex engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of aviation standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire engineering teams, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with advanced simulation tools, system modelling, and test methodologies is highly desirable.
