Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer with 3 to 5 years of project management experience in the security systems industry. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of security system projects, ensuring they meet client specifications, deadlines, and budget requirements. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and maintain rigorous quality and safety standards.

- Lead the planning and management of government contract physical security projects, including CCTV, access control, perimeter intrusion detection, and integrated security solutions etc.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and performance, managing risks and resolving issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans; monitor and control project execution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Conduct site visits to supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the project team.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders and conduct regular project meetings.
- Identify potential risks and issues, proactively implementing mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Support commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of security systems.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure proper handover upon project completion.
- Oversee installation teams, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety protocols, and security clearance procedures.
- Manage change requests and resolve project issues with a proactive approach.
- Support system commissioning, functional testing, and troubleshooting activities to ensure operational readiness.
Qualities We Value
- Knowledge in Engineering or related field.
- Possesses 3 to 5 years of experience managing security systems projects (i.e. CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, alarm systems, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Understanding of electrical and security system installation standards and codes.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
