Our Training & Simulation Systems business has close to 40 years of experience in delivering innovative learning, training, and simulation solutions to customers in the defence, public safety and security, and enterprise domains. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of digital learning solution initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage cutting-edge learning technologies with AI-enabled capabilities that enhance training effectiveness and elevate learner engagement across diverse client sectors.

Be Part of Our Success

• Support the leadership in formulating and driving the strategic direction of digital learning solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of learning technology solutions including Learning platforms, Talent Management Systems and digital content.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized solutions that leverage emerging technologies such as virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and AI-based learning tools.
• Analyze learning program effectiveness using data analytics and feedback mechanisms to recommend continuous improvements.
• Oversee vendor relationships and manage procurement processes for learning technologies and services.
• Support the planning and implementation of AI-enabled learning capabilities, including intelligent search, personalised learning recommendations, virtual assistants, learning analytics, and generative AI features.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to upskill internal teams and ensure adoption of new digital tools.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and corporate policies in the development and deployment of digital learning solutions.

Qualities We Value 

• Bachelor's degree in Learning Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing learning technology projects or digital learning solutions preferably within the training and learning sector.
• Strong understanding of e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and emerging digital learning trends.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about continuous learning and technological innovation.
• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI concepts.
• Awareness of AI applications within learning technologies and digital workplace solutions.
