The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of range training support operations and the maintenance of range equipment and systems. This role ensures that training environments are safe, operationally effective, and compliant with military standards, while managing resources, schedules, and stakeholder expectations.

Training Support Management

• Plan and coordinate logistical and operational support for ranger training exercises.
• Liaise with military units to understand training requirements and tailor support accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards during training operations.
• Monitor training effectiveness and implement improvements to support systems.

Range Equipment & Systems Maintenance

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of range infrastructure, targetry systems, sensors, and communication equipment.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure system readiness.
• Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables.
• Ensure systems are calibrated and functioning optimally for training scenarios.

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for training support and equipment maintenance.
• Track progress against milestones and adjust plans as needed.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the primary point of contact with training units, contractors, and internal teams.
• Facilitate co-ordination meetings and briefings.
• Address concerns and feedback from users and stakeholders promptly.
• Implement innovations to ehnance value for customers and stakeholders

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all activities comply with client regulations, environmental standards, and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of training support activities, equipment status, and maintenance logs.
• Support both internal and customer's audits and inspections.

Team Leadership

• Lead a multidisciplinary team including technicians, logistics personnel, and support staff.
• Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
