As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining quality assurance programs to ensure all work meets customer, contractual, and regulatory requirements. Working in a camp environment, this role includes conducting audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement activities across projects and departments.

 

Key duties include maintaining quality procedures, identifying and resolving quality issues, coordinating with customers and partners, and ensuring all corrective actions are properly implemented. You will help drive improvements in product quality and process efficiency while ensuring full compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS).

  • Maintain and implement quality programs to support QA functions within the Division/Department, ensuring compliance with customer quality objectives and requirements.
  • Ensure contractual integrity and regulatory compliance through quality assurance processes, audits, and risk assessments across all contract stages.
  • Maintain and update the Division Procedure Manual in accordance with Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, partners, and regulatory bodies to ensure conformance with applicable standards and specifications.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute quality programs across Division/Department/Project activities to meet defined quality targets and objectives.
  • Proactively initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of nonconformities in products, processes, and the quality system.
  • Identify and document issues related to product, process, or system quality.
  • Recommend and facilitate corrective and preventive actions through proper communication channels.
  • Verify and validate the implementation and effectiveness of quality solutions.
  • Ensure timely closure of audit findings and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions taken.
  • Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives related to product, process, and QMS effectiveness.
  • Prepare documentation and provide support for customer and contract audits.
  • Conduct internal and quality system audits to ensure adherence to QMS standards and follow up on the resolution of non-conformances.
  • Engage in continuous efforts to improve product quality and process efficiency through structured improvement programs.

 

Qualities We Value

  • Knowledge in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a quality-focused role
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards is an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to work in a restricted environment
  • Singaporean only
