We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer (Lead) with a demonstrated track record of successfully retaining and expanding the business footprint of the existing customer base for our product distribution and calibration service business.

 

Be Part of Our Success

  • Responsible for service delivery of calibration jobs 
  • Sales prospecting from existing and new customers to grow business
  • Develop and maintain an effective network of customers within your focus of responsibility
  • Ensure customer satisfaction expectations are exceeded upon
  • Responsible for the account management of calibration business in the aerospace sectors
  • Handle customer calls, RFQ, quotations, PO processing for both in-house and subcon jobs, including all screening processes
  • Main POC to all calibration and distribution partners including subcontractors
  • Up sell ICC services and products to existing customers
  • For subcon jobs, to ensure item reaches the subcontract vendor before handing over to Department
  • Notify customers on items that are due for calibration and prompt re-calibration service
  • Provide timely report of forecast and secured orders to Head, Customer Success

 

Qualities We Value

  • Knowledge in Electronics / Engineering or a related field.
  • Good knowledge in the test and measurement industry
  • Preferably 5 years of proven track record in sales or marketing.
  • Experience in complex solutions and systems sales, sales negotiation and selling of complex intangibles to large complex global organisation
  • Technical background and/or Services background to support the customer requirement
  • Self-starter and result-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Innovative and proactive.
