About our Line of Business – Unmanned & Integrated Systems  

Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We cater to the needs of Defence, Public Safety & Security, and Commercial clients worldwide, providing seamless and innovative services that redefine possibilities.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and sustainment of advanced electrical systems within the Defence sector. In this role, you will provide technical leadership, drive innovation, and ensure compliance with stringent safety and performance standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and influence strategic decisions to meet operational and project objectives.

Be Part of Our Success

• Lead diagnostic assessments and root-cause analysis for complex electrical and electromechanical systems, including power distribution networks, control systems, and wiring harnesses.
• Oversee and guide repair, maintenance, and upgrade activities, ensuring reliability and operational readiness of critical electrical systems.
• Conduct and review advanced engineering studies, feasibility analyses, and system optimization for military-grade electrical platforms.
• Develop and implement strategies to build local repair and sustainment capabilities, working closely with internal teams and industry partners.
• Establish and maintain technical standards, system specifications, and design documentation, ensuring alignment with defence requirements and international best practices.
• Champion compliance and governance, ensuring adherence to electrical safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines (e.g., Electronics, Mechatronics, Power Engineering)
• Proven track record in leading complex electrical engineering projects, preferably in defence or high-reliability sectors.
• Strong expertise in electrical system design, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to present technical concepts to senior leadership.
• Proficiency in electrical design tools and CAD software; familiarity with emerging technologies is a plus.
• Ability to work in operational environments, including military camps, and comply with site regulations.
• Possession of a Class 3 license is advantageous.
