Our Mission Software & Services business provides leading-edge mission critical command, control, and communications (C3) systems with secured IT infrastructure and managed services. You will be responsible for the planning, overseeing and leading of project(s) from ideation through to completion. The successful candidate is expected to interact with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously to complete the project.

 

 

Be Part of Our Success

  • Be the Customer’s representative responsible for communicating with the Customer’s vendors and stakeholders, including but not limited to Solution owners and auditors, to fulfil the scope of works
  • Provide support to customer in Governance and Cybersecurity Management, Solution and Operation Support Management
  • Coordinate with vendor and auditor for regular project and security review.
  • Manage vendor for project progress and adapt work as required
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Participate in tender process i.e. Respond to Request for Information (RFI)/ Polls from the Customer
  • Conduct project review and work with vendor for creating detailed progress reports
  • Optimise and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary
  • Familiar with Government Cybersecurity policy and standard.

 

 

Qualities We Value

  • At least 2 or more years’ experience in Project Management
  • Certification in PMP or CITPM is advantageous
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills
