About our Business – Unmanned & Integrated Systems 

Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We cater to the needs of Defence, Public Safety & Security, and Commercial clients worldwide, providing seamless and innovative services that redefine possibilities.

As the Head Sales Manager, you will drive business growth across defense, public security, and international markets. You will report directly to the Head of Naval Systems Business Unit and conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, defense suppliers, and partners, and manage both direct and indirect sales channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow system engineering, maintenance, and repair services, while leading contract negotiations to secure profitable agreements and ensure customer satisfaction

 

Be Part of Our Success

  • Direct report to the Head of Naval Systems Business Unit.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors’ activities and potential areas for growth in the defence, public security and international business sectors
  • Develop, maintain, and manage the implementation of strategic sales plans for defence, public security and international business sectors
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, including government agencies, defense equipment suppliers and key stakeholders
  • Working with our partners’ channels sales team to identify, source, onboard appropriate channel and partnership to drive revenue through both direct and indirect channels.
  • Maintain a sustainable sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities with regular reporting to management
  • Work and collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow new orders and revenues in the area of system engineering, maintenance support and repair services
  • Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements

 

Qualities We Value

  • Knowledge in Business Admin, Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years relevant local or international working experience with sales management and business development within naval systems, defense or MRO industries
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customers’ relations
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Singaporean only
