About our Line of Business - Training & Simulation Systems
Our Training & Simulation Systems business has close to 40 years of experience in delivering innovative learning, training, and simulation solutions to customers in the defence, public safety and security, and enterprise domains. We envision to create a better future together through learning, training, and simulation.

Working closely with the product manager and project leads, you will be part of a development team to develop, test and deploy software applications as part of an overall project implementation. 

Be Part of Our Success

• Able to interprete and review interface control documents provided by partners/customers.
• Sit in interface review meetings with various stakeholders to decide on what data each party should be producing or consuming.
• Generating technical documents (Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Test Procedures, etc)
• Able to quickly diagnose which part of the system is the cause of the problem and code out a solution to resolve it. This includes strong understanding of interfaces between the system that you are in charge with the external systems interfacing to it.
• Able to assess new requests to existing system from customers to determine if they are implementable and the costs associated to implementing the request.

Qualities We Value 

• At least 5 years of experience in a development role and have work experience in at least one full software development cycle
• Experience in developing and deploying a web-based application that goes live and has maintain support operations of the deployed application for at least 1 year.
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
• Able to travel to military camps in the west side of Singapore to ensure that the deployed system is working during system run-in.
• Proficient with HTML, CSS, Javascript and React
• Proficient with GIS tools like QGIS or ArcGis. Being able to geo-referencing work is a strong plus.
• Proficient with C# and able to work on existing backend applications built with C#.
• Familiar with transferring gRPC protobufs between the backend and frontend applications over https.
• Proficient with MSSQL SQL databases.
• Some understanding of system hardening and network traffic to identify their impacts on system deployment.
