About our Line of Business - Training & Simulation Systems

Our Training & Simulation Systems business has close to 40 years of experience in delivering innovative learning, training, and simulation solutions to customers in the defence, public safety and security, and enterprise domains. We envision to create a better future together through learning, training, and simulation.

Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact 

We are looking for someone to join us as a System Engineer, who is proficient in several programming languages and responsible for the development and integration of diverse systems to co-build solutions together with our customer. These solutions will contribute to our state-of-the-art Air Simulator project’s delivery to our end users.

Be Part of Our Success

• Working closely with other internal and external teams to incorporate their sub-systems (e.g. instructor software, bots, 3D modelling) into a coherent integrated simulator
• Implementing messaging mechanisms to allow disparate, and possibly legacy, systems to communicate with each other
• Adopting the various software development tools and software frameworks that the company project team uses
• Generating engineering documentation within the team, to document the various requirements, design, and test areas to be developed

Qualities We Value 

• Entry level candidates are welcome 
• While company-sponsored training courses and guidance will be provided, independent learning and being a team player is required, to fit into the team’s culture
• Being comfortable to engage and communicate with end users, customers will be a plus
• Good knowledge or practical experience in several programming languages (C++, C#, Java, JavaScript) and multi-threading will be a plus
• Knowledge of distributed simulation technologies such as HLA and DIS will be a plus
