Our Training & Simulation Systems business has close to 40 years of experience in delivering innovative learning, training, and simulation solutions to customers in the defence, public safety and security, and enterprise domains. We are looking for someone to join us as a Principal Engineer (Technical Manager / System Integrator), who has deep technical expertise, hands-on experience in system design and the ability to provide technical leadership to contribute to our state-of-the-art Air Simulator project’s delivery to our end users.

 

Be Part of Our Success

  • Lead the architecture, design and integration of complex systems, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements and compliance with industry security standards.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for system integration and engineering processes.
  • Adopt various software development tools and software frameworks that the company project team uses.
  • Generate engineering documentation within the team, to document the various requirements, design, and test areas to be developed.

 

Qualities We Value 

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong background in system architecture, integration methodologies, and relevant technologies in software and hardware areas
  • Experience in managing technical projects, including scope definition, timeliness and risk management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with defence standards such as MIL-STD is a plus .
  • Familiarity with industry standards, protocols, and best practices in system integration and engineering.
