Our Training & Simulation Systems business has close to 40 years of experience in delivering innovative learning, training, and simulation solutions to customers in the defence, public safety and security, and enterprise domains. We envision to create a better future together through learning, training, and simulation.

Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact

You will overseas and manages the technological needs for delivering simulator solutions regarding or relevant to our products and services. As a technical leader, you play a crucial role in ensuring the proposed technical solution addresses and meets the customer needs, identifies and addresses technical issues to keep the solution on track.

There will be software, system and testing engineers working under you, whom you will lead and provide the technical leadership and ensuring that the execution runs smoothly and efficiently. Where applicable, you will guide the team on common and/or standardised methodologies, particularly where there are collaborative works with external parties. In addition, as regular duties, you will liaise with the company’s leads from the various products offering to design and implement technology solution. 

To maintain consistent practice while also seeking balance with the customer experience, you will maintain awareness of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure conformance with policies and processes, while helping the team to stay productive and focused on the solution for the customer.

• Cooperate with leads from the various products offering to define solutions for customers
• Handle and manage the technical budgets with the goal of solution delivery within parameters.
• Technical team management:
  • Creating work-breakdown structures and managing scope boundaries
  • Managing technical risks to minimise disruptive impact of circumstances on projects
  • Ensuring development and production progress throughout the project duration
  • Communications with customers and other stakeholders to maintain positive experience
• Quality assurance of solutions, including review and vetting of all project outputs
• Delivery verification and certification
• Keep track of delivery targets, planning and implementation of delivery strategy to meet targets
• Strategizes the delivery of AI into the technical solution and providing guidance to technical team in AI implementation. 

 Qualities We Value 

• Prior experience in system design with good understanding of technical trends
• Knowledges of code management software, programming skills
• Experience developing software in primarily C# and sometimes C++, and learning good programming practices and techniques over time, to ensure efficient performance in a 60-fps simulation/game environment.
• Good knowledge or practical experience in C# and/or C++
• At ease with high-level communication and networking
• Able to learn quickly about products and services, comfortable with technical jargon
• Self-motivated and resilient, with composure to deal with circumstances and customer demands
• Proficiency in English (writing and speaking)
• Plus Point (if have):
  • Experience with simulators development and delivery
