We are seeking an experienced and versatile Technical Solution Architect to join our team. This role involves leading the technical solutioning for complex deals, collaborating closely with the Business Development team, and ensuring the successful technical close of sales opportunities. You will play a key role in driving architecture, design, and deployment of solutions that meet customer needs, ensuring cybersecurity compliance, and leveraging AI technologies to create innovative, intelligent solutions. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in cloud technologies, software development, AI solutions, and platform integration.

- Lead and foster the Solution Architect community for STE T&S, encouraging collaboration, knowledge sharing, and technical excellence.
- Partner with the Business Development team to support assigned deals, ensuring technical solutions align with customer requirements and business objectives.
- Define the technical scope of solutions, evaluating customer needs and recommending AI-powered and cloud-based solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the organization.
- Collaborate with key customer stakeholders to refine solutions and ensure alignment with business and technical goals.
- Oversee cloud architecture development and deployment, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity compliance standards and industry best practices.
- Leverage AI technologies, including machine learning, NLP, or automation, to design intelligent solutions that address customer challenges and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hands-on experience with AI tools and frameworks.
- Guide the software development team in leveraging AI techniques for solution development, while maintaining a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
- Ensure familiarity with IM8, GCC, MCC, and commercial cloud deployments, incorporating AI where applicable to optimize cloud-based solutions.
- Utilize expertise in DevSecOps, CI/CD, and Microservices-based architecture to ensure the seamless integration of AI models into the cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, product, support, services) to ensure alignment between solution design and customer requirements.
- Secure technical commitments from customer technical teams to ensure successful deal closure.
- Act as a consultant and guide customers on AI-driven SaaS/platform integrations and data modeling needs.
- Support RFI/RFP processes by creating business requirements that include AI-powered solutions, ensuring alignment with product solution delivery standards and meeting regulatory, functional, and non-functional needs.
- Identify and mitigate technical dependencies, risks, constraints, and assumptions to ensure successful solution delivery.
Qualities We Value
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Technical Solutions, with a strong focus on SaaS/software-based service delivery and AI integration.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with proficiency in deploying AI solutions.
- Deep knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), AI-powered automation, and data analytics.
- Proven track record of working on complex AI-driven solutions and projects that integrate seamlessly with cloud-based infrastructure.
- Strong working knowledge of DSTA, HTX, and GOVTECH frameworks.
- Experience in DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Microservices-based architecture.
- Familiarity with learning technologies such as Training Management and Learning Management systems is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities, with experience engaging with internal teams, external partners/vendors, and project sponsors.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Certification or training in AI technologies, cloud architecture, or solution design is a plus.
- Previous experience working on AI-driven government or enterprise projects.
- Familiarity with integrating AI models into operational processes, platforms, or products.
