Job Description Summary

 

The incumbent will take on an active role in evaluating, enhancing, and consistently refresh the IT/Engineering curriculum design to integrate technology and pertinent educational resources.

 

Key Job Accountabilities

 

  • Overall management and co-ordination of the project
  • Review, develop and continuously update IT/Engineering curriculum design to incorporate technology and relevant learning tools
  • Develop, conceptualize and edit storyboard that will be translated into finished interactive content or training material
  • Design, develop and update e-learning content
  • Develop courseware testing and evaluate courseware based on the approved storyboard
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, and performance evaluations
  • Schedules staff to attend training

 

Required Qualifications & Experience

 

  • Possess a Advance Certificate In Training and Assessment or Diploma in Adult Continuation Education (DACE), equivalent or higher qualification from Institute of Higher Learning such as NIE Post-graduate qualification in Education or Instructional Design will be advantageous.
  • At least 2 – 5 years working experience in Curriculum Design, Instructional Design, Content Development and Training practices.
  • Working knowledge with Dreamweaver, Flash, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML 5 and rapid content creation tools will be advantageous.
  • Experience in Security Systems Product (CCTVs, Card Access)
  • Candidate should have good interpersonal communication and presentation skills and is a team player.

 

Reporting Relationship

 

  • The incumbent reports to Senior Manager, M3, Smart Security & Automation
