About our Line of Business - Training & Simulation Systems
Our Training & Simulation Systems business has close to 40 years of experience in delivering innovative learning, training, and simulation solutions to customers in the defence, public safety and security, and enterprise domains. We envision to create a better future together through learning, training, and simulation.

You will be a key member of the team to ensure the simulation centre is operated daily and seamlessly to provide critical training. In this role, you will be operating the cutting-edge simulators and also have the opportunity to be part of a development team to develop future simulation systems to meet training demands.
Be Part of Our Success
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the simulation centre.
- Manage the manpower resources of simulation centre to meet training demands.
- Meet all KPIs for the operation of the simulation centre.
- Lead a team of controllers and maintenance staff in operating the simulation centre.
- Lead project teams in developing future simulation systems to meet training demands.
- Work with system OEMs based in Europe and Singapore for simulation systems maintenance and enhancement.
- Provide regular reports on the simulation centre's operations to the management team.
- Conduct training for learners.
Qualities We Value
- Relevant experience working on simulation systems will have an advantage.
- Candidate with education, training and instructional certification and experience will have an advantage.
- Preferred candidate to have experience working in RSN ships or at least a Class B pilot qualification,
- Good leadership qualities.
