Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We are seeking a skilled Assistant / UAV Manager to lead and oversee all unmanned aerial vehicle operations. This role covers flight planning and supervision, developmental and acceptance testing, and governance to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient UAV operations. The UAV Manager will coordinate flight crews, manage risk, provide operational feedback to engineering teams, maintain operational readiness, and drive continuous improvement across UAV platforms.

Flight Operations Management (from JR)

• Plan, supervise, and authorise UAV flight activities
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and airworthiness requirements
• Oversee mission execution, crew coordination, and risk management
• Maintain operational readiness and standardisation

Flight Test & Acceptance

• Support developmental, functional check, and acceptance flights
• Provide operational feedback to engineering authorities
• Assure readiness prior to customer or user handover

Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain records, currency, and auditability
• Capture lessons learned and update SOPs
• Enable safe scaling across UAV platforms

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Aviation, Aerospace, Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience in UAV operations, testing, and flight crew management.
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations, safety, airworthiness, and operational standards.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with flight testing, acceptance procedures, and operational feedback processes.
• Skilled in governance, record-keeping, and implementing SOPs.
• Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and communication skills.
• Relevant UAV certifications or licenses
• Singaporean only
