We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking professional to lead our innovation and technology initiatives as the Head of Innovation and Technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic vision that leverages emerging technologies to drive the organization's growth and competitive advantage.

• Strategic Planning: Developing and executing an innovation and technology strategy aligned with Software and AI Line of Business's goals and objectives.
• Technology Evaluation: Identifying emerging technologies and assessing their potential impact on the business.

• Team Management: Building and managing a team of professionals responsible for innovation, research, and technology development.
• Budgeting: Managing the budget for innovation and technology initiatives, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

• Intellectual Property: Protecting and managing intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
