We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered analytics products that transform logistics and supply chain decision-making at enterprise scale.
This role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle of advanced analytics solutions, from defining product vision and strategy to delivering measurable business outcomes. By leveraging machine learning and data intelligence, this role will drive improvements in demand planning, commercial optimization, and operational efficiency across our logistics network.
As a key individual contributor, the Product Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams across business units, category team, engineering, BI/AI teams, and IT partners to translate complex business challenges into scalable data -driven solutions

How You Will Contribute to Our Success:
Product Strategy & Delivery
- Define and drive a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business priorities and market opportunities.
- Own product outcomes, including adoption, performance metrics, and business impact
- Lead the design, development, and launch of AI and analytics products or enhancements across the portfolio.
- Prioritize product features to maximize business value while ensuring timely delivery.
AI & Advanced Analytics Innovation
- Collaborate with AI researchers and engineering teams exploring multimodal intelligence and capabilities into practical enterprise applications
- Monitor emerging AI, analytics, and data technologies, incorporating relevant advancements into product development
Stakeholder Collaboration & Adoption
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities and validate value
- Continuously incorporate feedback and insights to improve product performance, relevance, and adoption
Execution & Adoption
- Lead product initiatives to ensure delivery meets agreed outcomes across scope, timeline, quality, governance, and stakeholder expectations.
- Drive training, adoption, and user engagement strategies to maximize business value realization.
- Ensure appropriate change management practices are applied to impacted processes
- Undertake additional responsibilities and strategic initiatives as required to support evolving business and product priorities.
Technology & Partnerships
- Manage relevant software, hardware, and professional services partnerships supporting the product vision.
Qualities We Value
Qualifications and Implementation Experience
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, with 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics
- 7+ years of experience in data-intensive product development, and agile certification is preferred
- Proven experience delivering 3 to 5 end-to-end implementations of data analytics, ML or AI solutions
- Strong understanding of the data management lifecycle, including BI, data warehousing and machine learning
Professional & Interpersonal skills
- Strong product management skills, including product strategy, roadmap planning, and lifecycle ownership.
- Solid research and analytical capabilities, translating AI/ML/OR trends into actionable product decisions
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholder across cross-functional, cross-cultural teams.
- Familiarity with relevant domains such as freight forwarding, logistics operations, contract logistics or service operations
