Key Job Accountabilities

 

  • Overall provide corrective maintenance works/activities through the following (but not limited to) Card Access System, CCTV System, Networks, Windows/Linux Servers, Integrated Security Systems
  • Responsible for the deployed system functionalities and ensure in always working condition.
  • Provide onsite support for the integrated security systems
  • Perform routine and corrective maintenance, software enhancement, bug fixes, testing and commissioning to meet contractual requirements.
  • Perform standby duty after office hours as and when required
  • Attend to ad hoc call during and after office hours
  • Working as a team to support operations, ensure optimum uptime and achieve business KPI.
  • Collate reports and checklist of PM works for billing purpose and CM works report for filing.
  • Prepare/updates service checklist.
  • Monitor of spare parts availability to support and meet downtime of system. Monitor of EOL/EOS of equipment installed
  • Co-ordinate with sub-contractors and customer on site matters, work schedule and quality of work.
  • Support Contract administration works (Ordering, billing milestone, O&M submission, Operation Manual submission, maintenance checklist and asset list)
  • Assist A&A work/ VO work for sites during maintenance cycle
  • Perform other job responsibilities as and when assigned.

 

Required Qualifications & Experience

 

  • At least 3 – 5 years working experience in Security Systems Product
  • Working Proficient in troubleshooting CCTV, Door Access and Alarm system   
  • Experienced in 24/7 standby
  • Candidate should have good interpersonal communication and presentation skills and is a team player.

  • The incumbent reports to Senior Engineer, Smart Security & Automation
