About our Line of Business – Mission Software & Services
Our Mission Software & Services business provides leading-edge mission critical command, control, and communications (C3) systems with secured IT infrastructure and managed services. We support our client’s innovation journey through design thinking, analytics, and AI-enabled decision support with our full suite of cloud computing solutions. We provide intelligent, actionable insights and sustainable solutions to our valued partners in diverse industries including defence, government, and commercial sectors.
Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact
You will be deployed to customer site and develop and maintain a comprehensive onboarding program to onboard new System(s) onto the Customer’s existing Cloud Platform and Infrastructure. You will need to provide full support to the new System(s) and resolve all risks and issues for a successful onboarding experience.
Be Part of Our Success
- Lead the onboarding process for new projects and internal teams onto our cloud platform and infrastructure
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive onboarding program, including documentation and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned expectations and requirements.
- Conduct discovery sessions with onboarding project teams to understand their needs and configure the platform accordingly.
- Manage the onboarding process, including provisioning, configuration, and testing.
- Provide support to ensure successful adoption and usage.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues, escalating when necessary.
- Continuously monitor and improve the onboarding process, incorporating feedback and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide a monthly progress update to Customer which includes:
- Summary of onboarding activities
- Progress against KPIs
- Identification of risks and mitigation plans
- Recommendations for process improvements
- Lead the team of system, network, database and security engineers in maintaining the existing infrastructure which includes:
- Ensuring high availability and uptime of the infrastructure resources
- Performing routine maintenance, upgrades and patching
- Monitoring and troubleshooting system infrastructure issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Optimizing system performance and efficiency
Qualities We Value
- Minimum 2 to 4 years IT experience.
- Past working experience in Cloud environment is an advantage.
- Excellent scheduling and multitasking skills
- Meticulous and process oriented.
- Good analytical skills with ability to work with others to resolve problems.
- Good organization skills, with ability to properly document and track information.
- Preferably with Microsoft Certification and/or ITIL certification.
- Dynamic, customer oriented, experience working in a fast-paced environment.
